Quiet and comfotable place..

toiletries are not as promised like soap, toothpaste, toothbrush is not provided, on the first day of any soap at the ready. Mineral water and coffee heater is also not provided

The location was excellent, not to close to the constant bustle of the beach but within easy walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful going out of their way to accommodate and assist. Rooms were clean, comfortable and I always slept well. The proprietor went out of his way to help me with travel problems which helped make my holiday worry free.. I will definately stay at the valero again. Thank-you to all the staff for an amazing stay.

This guesthouse is located in an ideal area, right down in action, near enough to the beach, and very close to restaurants and bars so you're never far from the fun. the rooms are nicely designed and spacious, including modern amenities and a clean bathroom.

The staff is not trained properly, and the service is lacking.

The staff are very friendly. They are going to help you in everything. The rooms are big and everything is very clean.

Maybe it´s a bit far from the beach but on the otherhand you can find other places in Patong like the local night market that opens from 6 p.m.

Our stay was amazing! The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff went above and beyond. They helped us arrange tours and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by great shops and eateries.

The loud noise coming from the streets at night which made it difficult to sleep. the hotel could benefit from a more thorough cleaning of the pool area.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The staff was always friendly and ready to help. One thing that I particularly enjoyed was the pool. It was small but perfect for refreshing after a long day of work. The location was also convenient, with easy access to restaurants and useful amenities, which made my stay comfortable.

Although the hotel was in a quieter area, it was still a bit far from the beach and nightlife. It took me around 15 minutes to walk there, and sometimes I didn't feel like going out because of the distance. The breakfast options were also limited, which I found disappointing. However, overall it was a good experience and I would stay there again for business.

Everything is what i need and want.

When I stayed at this hotel I was impressed by several things. the location was spot on - everything that I wanted to do was right in the action and close by. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Another great thing about this hotel was the bar out front; not only was it a great place to socialize and meet new people, but it was also the perfect spot for people watching. Lastly, the facilities were top-notch - the air conditioner was modern and effective, and everything was kept incredibly clean.
